Strauss and Solace Shiloh Shepherds take placing puppies very seriously. We ask the Client's Veterinary Clinic provide their reference.

Name of Your Veterinary Clinic, Your Name and Title

Name of your Clinic's Client, for whom the reference is being provide

How long have you had this person as a client?

How many pets from your client/owner have you seen? And, are the pets spayed or neutered?

Are their pets up to date on vaccinations?

Does the client/owner follow through with recommendations by the Veterinarian regarding care?

Have any of their pets been treated for any accidents? If so, what kind?

Are their pets well behaved/socialized when being seen at your clinic?
