Freyja - Cyrus/Velvet

From Freya's Mom: She is the sweetest girl and a total velcro pup. She loves her humans and wants to stay close to us at all times. She loves to play with other dogs unless they're too rambunctious then she will become submissive. She's also great with kids and loves to play with our grandkids who are 6 and 3 years old. She doesn't wonder off when off leash. She just follows us like a shadow. She has her own quirky personality. When people come visit she gets so happy and vocal that she gets the zoomies for 5 minutes before she calms down. She sounds like she's talking. It's not a bark. It sounds like she's howling sentences. She thinks she's a lap dog as she has no concept of her size, and she loves to cuddle.
Mable - Cyrus/Velvet

Hi,
I have Mable, out of Cyrus and velvet 4/4/2024, I wanted a dog who would be good with my cats and also be a potential therapy dog. I didn’t want a high energy/drive dog. I wanted a perfect family dog.
Mable was matched to us based on what we were looking for and she is two years old now and all of the things we wanted in our dog.
She is a smarty pants, always best student in the class and teachers example dog, she got her puppy star at 4 months and CGC at 1 year. She has done some agility and has really good aptitude and interest for scent work. She is happy all the time and loves everyone. Everywhere we go everyone loves her. She is very sensitive and also very adaptable, What separates her from a working dog is that as soon as it hits 65 degrees and sunny she is done. That’s what makes her a perfect family dog, she can do fun things with us or entertain herself in the yard or at doggy daycare for a couple hours and then she goes to her room and naps for four hours.
She is a big girl, tall and solid at 110 pounds, and if you sit on the ground she will come sit on you immediately. She also talks, when I get her from day care or when it’s dinner time she tells me, I almost feel like she is trying tor form words. She is just the sweetest smartest girl and we love her so much.

Captain - Petra/Cyrus

This is Captain from the Petra/Cyrus December 2024 litter. The pic is when he was 10-11 months old. So hard to pick just 1 but this one always makes me laugh. He loves smashing his nose into the snow and his snout is always caked in snow when he comes inside.
I think what makes him so special to us is that he is always happy and wants to be with our family. When it’s time to get in the car, he’s the happiest. I also love that he’s a people-dog more than a dogs-dog. He has very little interest in engaging with other dogs at soccer or lacrosse games. He just wants to sit or lay with our family and enjoy the grass. He makes it so easy. And he has wonderful manners around little kids. He is so gentle with babies.
One thing I was not ready for was his desire to destroy toys. He is generally so calm and then a toy is thrown in the room and he is set on killing it and shredding it into pieces. Even tougher toys don’t last an hour. I really don’t like nylons so I won’t use them. He doesn’t chew on furniture, shoes, or anything else in the house; only toys.
He’s a great guy, and we love having him in our family. Thank you thank you thank you. You helped fill a hole in our hearts after losing our last dog early. Captain has been everything we could ever ask for and more.
